“It's never too early to start, and it's never too late.”

Jesse's entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial journeys started at a young age by mowing lawns, working as a dishwasher at a restaurant, helping at his family's auto repair shop, and making and delivering pizzas. In 2005 he began working in the transportation industry. After two years in the common carrier world, he moved into the world of truckload, local cartage, volume LTL, warehousing, brokerage and intermodal operations. Over the span of 18 years, he was able to learn from and work alongside some of the best operators in the business as his mentors.

In the fall of 2018, Jesse came on with Warnert Companies to help create Warnert Racing's transport division and Warnert Logistics as a full service logistics provider. When asked why Jesse enjoys his job he replied;

“I love this business because it is service at its core, and all I know is service and hard work.

Getting up in the morning and making an impact at each business is something we we have forged a relationship with to help solve logistic challenges and be an extension and representation of their company standards is something we take great pride in daily. I have been in service based industry my whole life and the best part about having service as your product is you can improve it each day and on the fly through process improvement, technology, and most importantly relationships!!”

He is married to his wife Annie and very proud of their four children Addison, Athan, Faye and Elizabeth. Jesse is proof that your attitude towards the future can really determine your trajectory. The advice he would’ve given his younger self is;

“Don't create the demand or expectation to yourself for perfection on day one, work to better yourself for the client, yourself, and others around you and the bi-product of that will be success and growth.”
